Seeking Talent

We are always seeking young and energetic food facilities design professionals who are looking to grow in our profession, who are both creative, yet technically very competent and who have had experience as a Project Manager over a wide breadth of project types, from small projects to others that may exceed $4-5 million in specified foodservice equipment. wcandpartnersOur work takes us throughout the world so any successful applicant must be willing and able to travel, must be comfortable in project leadership roles with verbal abilities to work directly with senior level management/executive clients, be “a self-starter” and must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to design using both AutoCAD and BIM/Revit is a must as is knowledge of AutoQuotes, Word and Excel. Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year undergraduate program required (preferably from a Hotel/Restaurant Administration or Hospitality Industry Design Program) or an accredited School of Architecture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as is dependability and attention to detail. A minimum of five (3) years of experience in a food facilities consultant Project Manager role is desired.
